Hello ! May I rant about my fi idea for tecchousono ?

So it takes place in medieval Japan ! Tecchou and Yosano were sent as child soldiers to fight on that island thingy. Over the course of the war they became really good friends. Once it’s over they’re like 19-20 ish and Yosano gets a letter from her adopted father (Mori) that he’s gonna marry her off to an older wealthy man who’s quite foolish. Yosano knows this is just a ploy for power and that if she goes through with it her career as a doctor will be dead and gone. Finding her crying texchou offers to marry her instead, he’s a decorated general from a good family and he’ll let her continue treating people. They go back get hitched live together and eventually fall in love

In all of my headcanons, they separated for a long time after the war. Maybe they kept in touch through letters, learning new things about each other... But Tecchou's heart could never belong to anyone else; even if he didn't fully realize it, he would end up spending the rest of his life alone, which leads to a "bad ending"...

I've also been planning to draw their wedding—it would definitely be Japanese-themed with all the traditional elements :33
