Me, as I cry into a cheap margarita: I don't understand why so many new shows on Broadway right now are getting lots of new fans and social media accounts and Come From Away (which is an incredible Canadian show with amazing music and a versatile cast) is overlooked. It's freaking amazing, why don't more people listen to it? Just because it doesn't have Pippa doesn't make it any less flipping incredible.

Me: Angelica Schuyler deserves so much more than the little box the fandom puts her in, she's labeled as a creep for being in love with Alexander, and Hamgelica, which is more present in the musical than lams is, is rarely mentioned. I hate talking about the historical side of each character as well because they were all horrible, but since it's always talked about how Ange was married when she and Alex met, and yes, that's correct, but her husband was a crook who lied about his name and was emotionally abusive and neglective, leaving her alone in London, with her children, from two years. Angelica Schuyler deserves more than the fandom gives her.
