Hi! 🤍 it’s been a while since I updated my blog! My deepest apologies (っ◞‸◟ c)

Life got pretty hectic — even though I’m on a leave of absence this semester — I’ve been working on a few short film productions here and there under the roles of production designer/art direction/set decorator, I’ve also been applying to work on some productions as well (considering doing background acting work to step a bit more out of my comfort zone) as well as working on my own screenplay and freelancing (tutoring and cat-sitting).

So my daily schedule has not been consistent at all and tbh this stresses me a little 😅 I feel like I thrive more on a consistent routine but also get bored. If I’m not outside running errands or working on a project or freelancing then I’m most likely cleaning the house, reading, or going on long walks to de-stress.

I’ve been trying to focus more on my physical health as well, but I noticed I’ve been letting myself a bit too much these days after a period of feeling nauseous / unwell + sick the last two months.

Recently the doctor told me I have to sweat + drink more water despite drinking water and being pretty active already. (づ_ど) will incorporate jogging/running into my evening and will track my water intake.

Hope everyone reading is well ~ 🤍 happy to be back + happy to report my mental health is in a better place than the last two months 🥹

Hello! 🤍 It’s been quite a while since I last posted on here.

I’m very sorry for my inactivity on here. As it tends to happen, the final month of the semester is always the hardest. Not to mention that on top of my studies, I was also filming for my vlogs on TikTok. But there were a lot of vlogs I didn’t get to edit of that final month because I was super tired and struggling with my mental health.

I took winter break to recover. All this to say, even though I’m still struggling a bit with my mental health I’m slowly recovering and regaining my spirit to post on here again :)

This time I would like to shift the content on here, just slightly, and share more on my language learning journey.

I woke up with a lot of anxieties this morning. Past-anxieties and anxiety about meeting deadlines.

Its now 4 in the afternoon, I just settled into my school library, and I have a deadline to meet in an hour to receive full credit for my annotated bibliography.

Im trying to just keep swimming 🏊

It’s been a while. 🥹

With all the deadlines buzzing around me, it’s honestly been quite hard to even remember to post here.

Not only that, but I’ve also been struggling a bit mentally and emotionally quite a bit.

I saw these online the other day and I thought, “why not add a booster of cuteness” into my life?

How have you all been?

It’s almost 12am where I’m typing this and I’ve been awake since 4:30am 🥹 my architecture midterms are this Friday, so it’s grind time.

Also update! I passed the LEED General Associate Exam this past July! 🙉

Me so happy about that, still.

I studied for a solid month. Sometimes inconsistently. But the few days before the exam, I took it super seriously. Pulling out my notes everywhere.

rested and ready to get back into studying for leed again / today I met up with a friend at this cafe however it was so loud we ended up migrating to a library / I forget how productive cafe’s make me because of the liveliness of them, but after a while I do need some quiet time. 🙇🏻‍♀️

Wrapping up a final paper these days. Been trying to switch up my environment because sometimes I find myself crawling into bed when home and the liveliness of being outside helps wake up my brain sometimes.

Today, I’ve been feeling so physically and mentally exhausted. But will try everything in me to get this paper done!

Things that have been helping me:

working from my desk, having water and another drink to keep me motivated, pomodoro technique, light instrumental music or no music, well lit space, eating at the right times, stretching my back and legs and getting up from my chair often to get blood flowing.
