What’s that ship dynamic where there’s two people who are so gut-wrenchingly complicated that only they can truly understand each other. Like the world could mischaracterize them and/or misperceive their intentions to hell & back but at the end of the day they know themselves & only they can understand each other. Sure, they won’t always get along as a result of their unique dispositions, but they will always return back to each other. They will never feel alone so long as the other simply lives & breathes

In all honesty, I have no idea. 😩

I know that they had an iconic date (I think their first date?) in Uncanny X-Men #319 (1994), and in X-Men VOL. 2 #31 (1994). Other than that, my knowledge of comic issues is kind of... not there. There are just so many over so many years, they've been a couple since the mid-90s.

Hopefully, someone with more knowledge than I have will see this and can recommend a reading list.

X-Men (Vol 2) #29/#31 - Their Hellfire club date and their first date.

The Crimson Dawn arc. Reading order: Uncanny-X-Men (Vol 1) 328, Sabretooth Special, Uncanny #329/330. From there there are smaller scenes of Warren retired to his aerie while Betsy recovers* (you can find some in the Onslaught event). You just need to know Warren’s wings are damaged and Betsy is getting distant. *(Uncanny #333/#334/#335)

X-Men (Vol 2) #61 which should be a prologue to Warren/Betsy miniseries Psylocke and Archangel: Crimson Dawn

Uncanny X-Men #349#350.

Wolverine (Vol 2) #146 /#147.

X-Men #105 + #109 (when they break up)
