“You’re not very much of a party person, are you?”
“No, not really.” Sophia said uncomfortably, and the truth in her words was proven with how awkwardly she stood in place.

“You’re not very much of a party person, are you?”
“No, not really.” Sophia said uncomfortably, and the truth in her words was proven with how awkwardly she stood in place.
Watching her fumble over her words, Addy broke out in a smile. “I’m joking. Kinda’. I like to know someone before they touch my bike.” Standing, Addy stuck out her hand. “I’m Addy.”
The smile on the other’s face immediately brought on a wave of relief in the blonde, and she relaxed, knowing the girl must not have been too terribly mad. “I’m Sophia.” She quickly extended her hand out and shook the other’s hand, before dropping hers back to her side.
“What? I’m not gonna jump you or anything.” He asked, catching her stare as he shoved his hands in his pockets and took a few steps. He points to her suddenly. “By the way, why’s your face still bleeding?
Sophia remained silent, her untrusting gaze never once wavering, even with his words. She was like a scared and lost child, unwilling to trust anyone, even if they didn’t seem to pose any threat to her. “It’s a long story.” She said shortly.
Unadulterated fear was a reaction Athena was used to instilling in the unsuspecting public but usually not at first glance. So either the other woman was a very good judge of character or the mystery attacker was no longer a mystery. No wonder the vampire had admired the work done to the faerie’s countenance – her own sister had done it. “Aw shucks! What’s wrong? Does my breath stink?” Pause. “Or let me guess, you’ve seen this face before, haven’t you? Did my mean older sister Hera already get her grubby little hands on you?” A wink was shot in the brunette’s direction but there was nothing playful about the gesture as Athena took the opportunity to advance on the petite figure, wanting to cut down on the distance between them. “She’s a real bitch, isn’t she?”
Sophia’s blood pounded in her ears as every nerve in her body clenched in fright, and she almost sobbed at hearing her assaulter had a twin sister. This woman before her, the one who looked exactly like the one who had done this to her, everything about her screamed undeniable evil. “S-Stay back! Stay away!” Sophia cried, stumbling back several steps with each leisure step the other took. Her wings expanded out from where they had clenched, quivering at her back, and now two magnificent wings curled around the angel’s body protectively, shielding her from any potential harm.“You’re just like her, stay away from me!”
“Come on. One dance.”
“I-” Sophia stopped, before sighing. “Okay, fine. One dance.”
Grinning a little at the others reaction, Addy sat up straight, raising an eyebrow. “And are your eyes on your hands?” Feeling a smile making its way onto her mouth, Addy covered her mouth, still staring her down.
“I’m really sorry-” Sophia stumbled over her words for several moments, her eyes still wide. “I-It’s a very beautiful bike and-” She stopped, and heaved a sigh. “I’m sorry.” She said sheepishly.
Doutzen dropped her bag, “Holy crap!” She rushed towards the other woman, reaching out to steady her, “Here, let’s get you to my shop, and we can get you cleaned up.”
Sophia shook her head as best she could. “Really, there’s no need.” She tried to say as clearly as she could, trying to remain steady.
“It looks just as bad, what happened- cat fight?” Gabriel joked, with a small grin that barely held on his face. Seeing another like this was obviously not a laughing matter. But it wasn’t like him to show that he cares. Even if it’s only a bit.
“Something like that.” Sophia muttered, hugging her arms around herself as she eyed the male warily.
“Oh, ouch,” Athena’s tone was loud and mocking as she observed the female’s injuries. There wasn’t a sympathetic bone in the vampire’s body so while most anyone would stumble upon what was truly horrific injuries and be repulsed, she was just impressed by whomever inflicted them. They had done a wonderful job. “Did someone get a boo-boo?”
The moment Sophia’s eyes settled on the female, she stumbled back as her eyes widened in fright. “S-Stay away from me!” She cried out frantically, her wings clenching frightfully tight against her back.
“I-I promise, i-it’s not nearly as bad as it l-looks...” It had been worse, that was for sure. So bad, she actually had to stay away from civilization until she healed up, and even now, she still wasn't completely healed.
“Yes, that is my bike. Now, take your hand off of it, or I’ll gladly remove it.”
Sophia’s hand immediately retracted, and wide blue orbs flew up towards the red heard. “I’m sorry, I was just admiring it.”
Oh come on, just take a minute and come dance. Promise it won’t hurt you.
Sophia frantically shook her head. “I-I don’t dance...”
because this is who they are, they fight harder. they are warriors. [insp]
Kicking at a stone by the side of his foot, Sterling hummed in thought and rubbed at the nape of his neck, completely lost in thought with a sense of foreboding welling in the pit of his stomach. Something was off tonight, he could feel it in the air and it was making him too uneasy to concentrate on his work, so he opted for a short break outside of the club, waiting for the dread to fade, but it never did.
“You feel it too, don’t you?” The words that broke through the eerie silence were a question, though Sophia already knew the answer. Her stomach had knotted and twisted together from early on in the day, and now, she felt as if she were going to throw up from the feeling.
“Is there something on my face?”
“Uh.. No?” Sophia responded hesitantly, examining the male.

“I’m not the girl you want to be messing with, Sophia darling” Hera spat out, venomously. There was no doubt that the vampire’s intentions were of the worst kind. “I’ll chew you up and spit you out. Literally.” Her eyes narrowed and she hissed “I’ll turn your life into a bloody Freddy Kreuger nightmare, got it?”
“Y-Yes, o-okay!” Sophia sobbed out, tears beginning to pour down her cheeks, mixing with the thick blood that oozed from her head. She had never known such pain, and all she wanted was for the girl to just release her vice grip from around her neck. She was struggling for each breath she took, and with each blink of her eyes, the spots increased, clouding her vision. Not to mention she was beginning to lose feeling in her body.
