Thousands of pigs, cows, sheep, horses, dogs, cats and other animals. Left to die because their lives weren’t that valuable. Not worth the risk....

Hi and I just wanted to get some advice on how you eat as a vegan because I've been slowly transitioning into veganism and I'd like a litre advice :) thank you

Hi :) I don't think I'm a very good role model because I don't eat properly I'm afraid- but when I do I tend to eat loads of fresh fruit, dried fruit, plenty of greens (good for iron and protein) and pulses are good for protein too. I'm also a sucker for potatoes and faux 'meat'. Nothing beats vegan bangers and mash. :P PS: drink lots of water, this is a no brainer I know but it helps cleanse your body, lemon or lime water with a slice on the glass makes me feel so sophisticated hahah

I’m literally so sick of uneducated people trying to demonize dairy farmers. Like… Do you know how cows work? Unhappy cows =/= milk. Dairy farmers want to be successful so they take good care of their cows. Seriously people, stop pretending you know what...
