I watched Andrew Bluett's video on FF9 and got sad for my dearest death-fearing boy, so I drew him fearing death while dying, as one does.
Kuja has been the trigger to a gender awakening journey when I was a teen, so he's very precious to me.

it's @artists-guild-of-exandria showcase day! back at it again with, surprise, more wizards! somewhere in aeor...
this was SUCH a fun project to get to be a part of - thanks to all the lovely folks at AGE for listening to my deranged yapping as I try and figure out how the hell this piece worked. I'm really proud of how this came out, and hope you all find as much joy in it as I do!

Tis the season for AGE's Critical Globes to hit the shelves! Why do I think Jester would volunteer to pose inside of a life-size version of this globe to help with the finished product. (no hamsters or teiflings were harmed in the making of this product, courtesy of

my piece for the critical globes project organized by @artists-guild-of-exandria! i put occtis in a bit of a situation
It's @artists-guild-of-exandria showcase day!
You know I had to put my favourite robot in a globe, so here's Devexian in the repair terminal
I can finally show off my descent into Blender madness! As part of @artists-guild-of-exandria 's latest project, I decided to take a crack at making a fully finished piece purely in 3D. I learned...SO MUCH doing this, and have even more respect (and fear) of artists who do this and more regularly.
And here's the one and only closeup I could take because my computer was shrieking like a banshee at the file size.
My entry for the @artists-guild-of-exandria Snowglobes Project : A big warm welcome to the new pet additions!

Yeah yeah Occtis I get you
The German book cover industry has been my sworn enemy since I was 11 years old. But just to demonstrate I want you to see this example of Pterry's Snuff, UK edition and German edition
look! a fun book cover and a beautiful illustration on its own merits, by Paul Kidby who did most of the novels and official art in later years.
now. same thing in Germany:
you understand
I thought I was prepared to scroll down and I wasn't. I wasn't prepared.
Good heavens

My names list updated. There are all those names and then there is GlynâŠ.
idk why my friends and loved ones never take my baby name suggestions
Since you guys like my male name list, here are some vintage girlâs names from old historic documents, recently updated:
(Sorry I listed the name origin/individualâs place of birth on some and not others.)
Don't let the family vloggers see that they can literally name their child "Content"
âCats donât actually love youâ
A cat is a small creature in the middle of the food chain that is fully aware that you are a very large thing that could stomp its head in at any moment and yet it chooses to rest its tiny little head on your leg for a nap and spreads out on the floor near you exposing its belly and its most sensitive organs. It brings dead mice and bugs to you to share food.
Donât you get it? This tiny thing trusts you. It wants to help you too. It licks your leg thinking that itâs helping. It kneads on you to find comfort. It shares its body warmth with you in the cold and gives you your space in the heat. It hisses at other mammals it sees outside including other cats in an effort to protect its family.
Cats love you so so much. But they will keep trying to eat plastic.
the japanese â-ne?â particle and the british slang term âinnitâ serve the same function
Standard English: Itâs cold, isnât it?
Japanese: Samui desu ne?
British: Itâs fuckinâ freezinâ, innit?
i have to do everything around here
i hate this cause i did japanese for like a year and this explains the use of the -ne particle WAYYYY better than my teachers ever did. it took me ages to comprehend what this post makes abundantly clear.
my teachers: its like a, a little rise at the end of a sentence, to show that you are seeking a response, while not warranting the -ka particle which would make it a proper question.
me: ok. i guess i get that??
this post: its like saying âinnit?âÂ
me: oh. oh no.
fun fact: afaik, "-ne" was inherited from the Portuguese settlers/priests that stayed in Japan in the 16th century. It comes from "né?", which the contraction of "não é?", "isn't it?".
It's LITERALLY "innit".
oh so like "eh" in canadian
