The Return
Bellatrix cursed when the crib was transformed. The imperius curse was broken when the gust of wind knocked her on the floor. Her back hurt but she tried to get up quickly, knowing she had to act quickly. The other woman already had her claw-like hand on her stomach though and the Death Eater stared at her with pursed lips, smirking slightly when she spoke.
The slight smile disappeared though when Angelique ripped her skin with her claws. A painful grunt escaped from her gritted teeth. “Go on,” She grumbled to her, looking at her hand on her stomach. “You’d do me a favor. Tried to get an abortion in the muggle and the wizarding world, tried multiple times myself, but they just won’t die,” She spat with hatred.
She grabbed her wand on the floor and made Angelique fly across the room, hit the wall and fall on the floor. Bella got back up on her feet and starred at the woman with animal features. “Poor little girl has to transform herself to try to beat me?” She said before waving her wand one more time and performing the cruciatus curse on her.
Angelique yelped when she hit the floor, and collapsed in a pile of limbs like a broken doll, covered in dried blood. She reared her head to sneer at Bellatrix, who forgot she was dealing with a witch far more experienced than she. But a second later, she was hit by the cruciatus curse.
She gasped in pain. It felt as though thousands of white-hot knives were splitting her skin open. Angelique arched her back against the pain. The knuckles of her clenched fists were a bloodless white. Her teeth were gritted, practically in a smile. This was a pain that Angelique had felt only once before in her life. It was like being flayed, having her skin peeled off the bone. She writhed under the searing pain. Angelique disappeared into her mind, envisioning that she was in an icy tundra, feeling a cold wind instead of boiling hot pain. There was nothing to do but wait for it to subside.
When the pain melted away, Angelique used the last vestiges of her energy to crawl forward. She was trembling all over, but her steely blue eyes were cold fire staring back at Bellatrix.
“I owe you a debt.” Angelique said in a hoarse moan. She hadn’t forgotten what Bellatrix revealed to her before the curse. “You helped me in my time of need, during labor with my son. I can destroy the parasites inside of you, feeding on your blood, sucking your life, energy, and beauty away. I know how to get rid of many a monster. Half-formed vampire humans should be nothing.” Angelique admitted, placing a hand on Bellatrix’s stomach, knowing her touch annoyed her.
