Anglicon: Seattle's Premier Doctor Who and British media convent

Anglicon is a Doctor Who and British media convention that takes place in the SeaTac area. Our event features celebrity and media guests from some of your favorite programming that you’d find on PBS and BBC America. It includes Guest interviews, panels, autograph signings and photo ops, game shows, contests, costumes, masquerade, dances, crafting, gaming, charity auction, merchant booths, Sunday banquet, and much more for a fun-filled Anglophilic weekend. Anglicon is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that benefits KBTC Tacoma Public Television.

Anglicon is pleased to again offer a Sunday Breakfast Banquet, which includes a Reception and Breakfast Buffet with our Celebrity Guests!

This is an opportunity to meet, mingle, and dine with our Guests.

EVERYONE attending this banquet is guaranteed a chance to meet and mingle with the Celebrity Guests.

Banquet tickets are $50 each and are sold separately from Anglicon memberships, but you must have an Anglicon membership to attend.

The event will begin with a simple reception, where you will be in divided into small groups with time to chat with the Guests. Every group will have time with each Guest. Following this reception, breakfast is served.

Seating with a guest CANNOT be guaranteed, but the earlier you purchase your banquet ticket, the greater your chances of it happening.

We hope to see you at Anglicon on Sunday December 10th when we will be hosting a special Skype Q&A with special effects guru Brian Johnson.  Brian is an award winning special and visual effects designer and director who for over 40 years provided his services to a multitude of film and television productions. He’s worked on special effects for Alien (1979), The NeverEnding Story (1984), DragonHeart (1996), Space: 1999 (1975-1977), Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (1980) among many other film and television projects. Time is TBD and will be added to our program grid and this event updated closer to the convention
