Things I hate about being plural.

Everyone goes dormant randomly, forcing you to take the emotions raw.

They pop in briefly but don't stay switched.

You start to doubt if you're actually plural.

You in fact know you're plural but keep doubting yourself .

Randomly changing aesthetics .

You don't know if it's ADHD or not (fun fact, you had it all along but you're still plural).

Is this a me thing or not?

Well well well. It's been a long time since I ever spilled some tea, well here's a tale! A system cult discord server?!

Be very aware that it's come to my attention there is a server that has a owner that has been harassing people on both Tumblr and Discord about being the one and only god while also invalidating alters that are gods or past gods or even godkin in general, I want it to be clear that not only has this person been targeting adults but minors as well (more info needed)

It's very unfortunate that this is happening and has happened to people in general, although I don't know how long I'll keep this post up, but I'm still getting details on this, for now please avoid the user "Rhys" with a Dazai Osamu profile picture from bungo stray dogs

This person has not been okay as they have been pushing their delusions on to people about the god talk, promoting and encouraging people to continue to talk to them as such, although nothing entirely wrong with delusions, this one in particular has not been alright as it started showing cult like behavior

Tread carefully when meeting this individual as they have used tactics to befriend people and welcome them into their friend group until they turn around and use the delusion to attack people that disagree with "Rhys"

This individual has also discussed about having multiple accounts as well to continue to message people as well (info needed to support claim)

Hello! As a moderator of the server mentioned i would like to clarify some things mentioned and clear the air. Firstly I am formally asking anyone who sees this addition not to harass this user, i just wanted to be clear about this situation as this was crossposted to several widely used tags.

This user was banned from the discord in question for repeatedly posting without regard to the owner's very clearly stated trigger with regard to other people referring to themselves as god or a god. This is clearly stated in the blacklist since the beginning of the server and has been clarified in the server rules for months now.

This user was directly told and corrected gently multiple times on the issue of that not being allowed in the server before the time of the ban. The first time was a few months ago, and he left us a three star review on disboard and stayed in the server despite the conflict of interest. We thought that was that.

This user became active again a week or so ago, and started testing this rule again, was gently corrected again, and then opened a ticket to ask that we stop enforcing this. They were then banned from the server after attempting to blacklist anyone that is not this user talking about being god themselves after the rules and blacklist had been clarified. We did not believe this request was made in good faith due to the prior interactions with this user, and that theming of the server focuses on divinity. After the ban they changed their review to a one star review, we, once again, thought that was that.

Since this incident two of our mods have been falsely reported for being underage according to discord TOS and are attempting to get their accounts reinstated. Rhys will not and cannot message anyone right now because his account has been struck.

As for the accusations regarding minors im really not sure where that comes from as the server in question is 18+ and that is clearly stated in the rules, rhys blocks doubles on social media and does not engage as doubles are once again, very triggering to him. It was an issue in the server because that is his safe space, but usually doubles are banned from the server at the gate of it is mentioned. It is also extremely clear in both the blacklist and rules the policies on this. Doubles who are already in the server are asked politely not to talk about those kintypes in the server, as happened here.

Rhys is not using alternative discord accounts to message people, and i honestly have no clue where you would have gotten that from other than him using instagram and tumblr to message his friends while he attempts to get his discord account reinstated following false reports.

Rhys has asked me to make clear that this user has been told on multiple occasions that this is a delusion for rhys.

This kind of behavior is honestly really gross to do in response to being banned from a discord server for disrespecting people's triggers, especially publicly posting details of said person's delusions to people who you are giving false information.

This post is also throwing around the word cult very lightly when cults and high control groups are very traumatizing, very serious affairs. I personally wanted to focus on the other false accusations and what actually happened in this situation.

Some more information that also has been brought to light is that multiple users also refer to Rhys as a god, using this "trigger" to make it seem clear that any other users that happen to clash with the trigger not be allowed to talk about their experience other than that of the owner

I appreciate the response with the reblog as it let's me get more information on the matter! Following this, there's been more information that this wasn't just a problem in that server as well but with other past users!

I myself feel that it is petty to pass judgement based on the reviews of a user, which adds addition to this controlling behavior, although adding the addition to the blacklist, there was a screenshot of the addition in itself, not stating that "blacklist anyone that is not this user talking about being god themselves after the rules and blacklist had been clarified" but much rather mentions of it as a joke, the user them self also did not mention blacklisting anyone that isn't them, much rather the owner is the one that has blacklisted everyone else that isn't them, with being a god or deity, which again is cult like behavior, if I have not been mistaken, reserving the ability to be called a god or deity by only the owner, Rhys

I appreciate the response as it allows me again suggest treading lightly when meeting the individual, I hope that everything is able to be cleared up

Doubles, huh?

I hate it when someone finds a double of themselves and tells them to not be #1 or that they need to stop. Think about it

"You come into my house, uninvited, and tell me how to arrange my furniture"

Just because this random person tells you to stop being or stop saying you're number one, doesn't mean you should listen to them, this isn't an issue with you actually, it's an issue on them because they can't handle understanding that others also watched their media and may also have kin/alters from it too

Real talk, something that my be controversial or not but hear me out!

So suppose you hang out with a group of friends and one of your friends age regresses but hasn't let the group know or they've done that, and everyone does and talks about more adult stuff. They let one friend know but nobody has been told to change what they're all talking about or doing and they themselves haven't removed themselves from the convo (this is an online interaction) would it be wrong to be upset with them?

And suppose that it's become a habit where you've actively started noticing and they change the way they talk and you realize they've regressed again without letting everyone know, again, is it wrong to be upset with them? Given that physically everyone is an adult, even if they feel that they're in a safe space doesn't necessarily mean that it's safe to do so with everyone else?

Ok my perspective, to me it felt like babysitting realizing everything? In my experience this has happened, we're no longer friends for other reasons. Sometimes people can't control the regression and I get it but it always felt weird because it wasn't something I've signed up for? And in the space itself wasn't necessarily the safest at the given moment to do so?

I think a prior heads up about it would've given me better understanding and precautions on being able to kind of take care of them? Not in a parental way but just to be mindful of what would and wouldn't upset them...

Tl;Dr: is it wrong to be upset over someone age regressing without telling you and having you kind of take care of them during the state of regression when the environment wasn't set up for something, and when you yourself didn't consent to it and never have been mentioned about it?

I myself haven't told anyone outside of online stuff that I'm plural, I've been physically coping for so long but it gets so draining after so long! I get y'all fr, being able to be online and express ourselves has gradually helped us, even if half the time we can't remember or not that we've shared our art, or that this is the 5th time I sent my friends the same art piece because another of ourselves found it!

Sometimes endosystems have more stuff going on then what's on the surface but don't want to talk about it

Anti-endos will talk about how endos aren't valid but here's the thing:

They're wrong! Here's how:

Not all endos think that it's a badge of honor to be an endo, sometimes it's deeper than that! And nobody is actually taking or "flaunting" your trauma either, just sum it up that you had a bad past experience with an endo and move on. Trust me, not all endos are the same, and already you have traumagenic, so yeah, endos are going to be a little different to those that aren't, doesn't necessarily mean that they should be banned altogether

Again, sum it up to a bad representation and a shitty experience with an endo and move on forward

We see that those with trauma are valid, we see those without as valid too

Trauma is made with extreme stress, but not all stress leads to trauma!

Sometimes the brain is just weird and decides that one day it needs someone to accompany yourself... You know? Is that wrong? I don't think it's wrong, I think that it's actually more helpful than not... And then an anti-endo will say that it's wrong that it's been decided to preserve yourself in this way...

Endos and mixed systems are valid if they don't fit into a spectrum that others lay out

Alters can split or form at any given time even if at that time you haven't experienced trauma but have had past trauma or heavy stress because idk, guess we need comfort for that alter too, maybe even for yourself

So yeah, being a mixed system is valid and an endo too

If people go by the textbook all the time, they could start trying to put themselves in a margin that supposedly lays the ground rules of how it all works as a system... But here's the thing, being a system isn't fully explored professionally at all

But the only one that knows how you work is you, if someone tries to enforce a "guideline" of how you should be a system, cut ties I'm afraid to say

Because that's just like someone telling you how to process your stress or how you should just be to fit their qualifications

People as such miss out on the future friendships they could create to better heal as a whole, to those that honestly wish to. Some people may find that they're fine as is as they become more stable in the future

This isn't a post saying that you should always get a diagnosis on why you're a system but that the first step that anyone should ever take when it comes so being a plural system is that you yourself is going to be the first priority, not the priorities of others when it comes to how you do you

As long as it doesn't interfere with your day to day works and health is all, but hey that's just how I feel about it all

Like, don't get me wrong, you got to start crafting and learning how to make stuff at one point and start little but man, some of the executions of craft tutorials make me kind of cringe back, making my leg hurt and stuff just watching

I actually see no reason that there should be anti-endos at all, I mean if you think about it, trauma and stress play hand in hand with the formation of alters kind of, at least that's how I feel about it

Idk, I probably accidentally joined one too many "welcoming" spaces that automatically says your not valid just because you don't fit into their definition of plurality or as someone whose a system too, as a mixed system who both has alters formed of trauma and stress, I myself know I'm valid in a majority of these spaces but just because I have an alter that isn't formed out of trauma mixed with alters who are, all of a sudden I'm not valid?

What's up with that ???
