Trauma often messes with one’s ability to say “no”. 

You either consciously or subconsciously think, “I don’t want to hurt this person’s feelings” or “If I say no, then they’ll hurt me” or “It won’t really be that bad” or “I can handle this” or “I need to do this to prove myself” or “I deserve this”, or you forget that “no” is even an option.

It’s still not your fault if you didn’t say “no”, even if you think maybe you could have. It’s still not your fault. You didn’t deserve what happened to you and you didn’t bring it upon yourself. It was never your fault.

Hey! Any autistic!Keith headcannons?

I have made several posts about autistic keith headcanons so im probably repeating myself

This boy is a heavy chewer. Like super heavy… Probably has no nails, and the sleeves of his jacket is ruined, not even Pidge can help him.

Probably owns this.

He has probably tried to let Lance borrow it not understanding why that wouldn’t be the best idea because he just wanted to help Lance when he felt stressed. Lance also died from cuteness that day.

Keith miss uses slang and memes all the time. Like its usually stuff Lance has said that he’s parroting in a attempt to make Lance laugh.

Pidge probably makes Keith so many stim toys because his one necklace wont last forever (trust me even a heavy chew necklace when you are autistic and filled with lost of stress).

Keith doesn’t like his food that often, he struggles eating like 60% of the alien foods… the solution? Lance always sits beside him so they can change stuff discreetly so he wont be too embarrassed. Sometimes Hulk makes special things for Keith.

Also savage Keith? I don’t think he ever intended to “Drag” Lance… it was just his brute honesty. Later on when he realizes he is very gay for Lance these comments get weirdly inappropriate, everyone hates it.
