My Doctor Told Me I Was Underweight

I was recently having a lot of trouble with my health. I was really lightheaded, exhausted, felt weak all the time… I went to my doctor and she told me that at 5'4" and 102 pounds, I was a little underweight. She told me to try to gain 8-10 pounds and then come back to talk with her after.

I posted on the internet, “What’s a healthy way to gain weight?” wanting suggestions. Maybe some naturally fatty foods like avocado and whole milk or something. I didn’t want to fill my body with sugar and processed foods because I would just be replacing one health issue with another.

I hope your eating disorder kills you. Thin privilege. Vain. Slut. Bitch. Anorexic. Attention whore. Gross. Ugly. Conceited. Skank. Plastic. Fake. Shallow. Disgusting…..

I’m so sick and tired of hearing people say, “Oh we shouldn’t accept all sizes because then fat people will think its ok to be that size and its unhealthy”. First of all, fuck you. Second, so if someone is unhealthy they aren’t allowed to feel beautiful or worthy? How does that even make sense? Someone’s health even if it’s affected by their weight doesn’t dictate their fucking beauty or worth as a person. Third, it’s not your fucking business. You can’t just assume every fat person you see is unhealthy. Even if they are, it’s not your business to tell them what to do with their body or their lives. Why don’t you stfu cause I’m tired of having to accept these comments and feel bad for how I look cause you’re an asshole.

I don’t understand. I’m exericising my right to freedom of speech, which is an integral part of our society. Just like I can say that the Vaccines are a horrible band, I can also tell people to commit suicide. However it rests solely on the person on whether or not they will actually commit suicide, it is not up to me to make the decision.
