Finally the more complete elder dragons Cyril and Volteer.

Cyril is an ice craver artisan dragon but he is hardly ever in the homeworld. Cold and cynical, most of the other dragons are kind of scared of him. His first encounter with Spyro was pretty negative as the young dragon was using his works as target practice. Spyro is now a little scared of him too. 

Volteer is a brewmaster magic crafter. Unlike Cyril, he is cheery and talkative to a fault. His drinks can energize the mind or leave you a little intoxicated, it depends on the kind, but he always has a horn for any thirsty critter.
