QUEEN CHARLOTTE: A BRIDGERTON STORY (2023)
I stopped over-explaining myself when I accepted that people see you through the lens of their own limits.
Maturity is realizing that happiness is a choice. You really have to be very mindful and shift your perspective regularly, because life will always present a reason to be unhappy. Waiting for perfect circumstances to allow yourself to be happy is robbing yourself of present joy.
“Sometimes you climb out of bed in the morning and you think, I'm not going to make it, but you laugh inside — remembering all the times you've felt that way.” ― Charles Bukowski
Relax, your story is not finished. You are not trapped. Your capacity to overcome is limitless. Time is on your side. There is so much more life to live.
The intimacy of "I hear you, even when we disagree."
The intimacy of learning to enjoy your own company. That feeling of being completely at peace and at home with yourself is unmatched.
Do you keep me in your mind? Can I just stay for a while?
Radically accept who you are and where you are right now. Start here.
