Just realized that nightmare gladys was only showed only her upper body and the lower part keeps hidden. I think it would be more terrifying if she showing up full body, especially in the scene where she waving at james

Okay now what if the reason she only appeared on upper half is because she's actually manifestation of that strange plant? Like we know how plants work, the root (lower part of the body) is buried and only the upper part is visible. I doubt Nightmare and Gladys are the same thing anyway.

I think Nightmare itself doesnt have real form but it just copying how Gladys look like even though it's not perfect copy (messier make up and different wig). Or maybe it's the other way around? Nightmare has always look like that and it was demanding Gladys to copying her look instead for the rituals working. That's kinda explain why Gladys have two different style. Not saying a woman cant have multiple style at once but it just odd in this case.
