I haven't posted in a while because a lot of disappointing things have happened lately and I've been in a cycle of bad habits to avoiding problems until I was slapped metaphorically by my mother which helped although it was painful so I'm trying to take care of myself again but I'm having problems with eating.. whenever I eat something I get nauseous and feel full which is annoying but it's starting to get better.. I wanted to calm down and get rid of this anxiety so for the first time in my history I said what was in my heart but not to their faces but in a message I know it's a funny way but I explained myself enough so they wouldn't get hung up on anything and understand my situation I felt proud and relieved as for the rest of my anxiety I'm practicing habits that reduce it and it really helps so looking back I'm out of danger I'm in recovery and that makes me happy..also this is my little cat, isn't he cute?
So..:
1.I need to take a shower (I cleaned my place and I'm covered in dirt now)
2.eat.. (I don't really know, maybe bread with eggs or chicken with rice, maybe I mix chicken to make it look like stew and easier to eat?)
3.I will watch a series (my friend advised me Modern Family and friends )
There are things I need to do too but I don't think I have the energy today.
