I keep seeing people say this and I dont really know what it means, what does it mean when a bunny 'binkies'? is it just hopping around?

Binkies are the cutest behavior displays of rabbits. When they are excited and extremely happy they leap in the air and rapidly wiggle their bodies at the same time. It usually looks really uncoordinated loll

I don't have anyone to talk too like no sisters moms aunties or even a bestie. I actually feel invisible 🫥. Do you see me? 🥺 Because I need serious support from spiritual women who are in recovery or have done some sort of shadow work. I need to vent i need to process and i need to come up with ways to move forward towards self love and a lot of "just being there" kind of support you know? It's not ok. But it is what it is.
