Above is the final floral placement design for the Violent Delight SS14 collection. The illustration is of a mix of oriental flowers and vines framed in a circular muriel, hand drawn using ink and dip pen.

Keeping in theme with the 'mystical' theme of the collection, I decided to illustrate a quartz healing crystal, surrounded by an oriental inspired border. This was hand drawn using ink and dip pen and used as one as the final placement designs for the Violent Delight SS14 tee collection.

Above is an initial idea for an all over eye print for a jersey dress. I hand drew victorian eye miniatures using ink and dip pen to create it.

Above is one of the final placement designs I illustrated for the Violent Delight SS14 collection. I wanted to design tees which were mystical and surreal, and that would appeal to the edgier girl. The illustration shows a unicorn through a looking glass, behind a starry night sky.

The Violent Delight logo screen printed onto white jersey. This was a collaboration between myself and graphic designer Charlotte Hancocks. We wanted to create a logo that was feminine and beautiful, but also edgy and bold which would reflect the design aesthetic of the label.

The theme of the Violent Delight SS14 collection was inspired by oriental pattern design such as samurai sword pattern and floral textiles, mixed with elements of mystical subject matter such as the ancient constellations and japanese zodiac. Above is a collage of bits of research for the collection. The brief was to design a collection of 3 unique tees for a jerseywear label called Violent Delight.

Moodboard created from collage and ink illustrations showing the kind of girl Violent Delight designs for. This includes how she might dress, where she might shop and her style. The Violent Delight girl is fashion conscious and creative, she likes to personalise her look with a unique edge.

This is the final design for the Black Swan cover, for film magazine "Little White Lies". For this, I used indian ink and dip pen. The film itself has quite a dark storyline, I wanted this to be reflected in the cover.
