he works in defence dept, him and “pirate crew” do defend parts of toontown. This man is a grey character, he genuinely cares for his crew and for what he himself deems right, but he is really stubborn and doesnt care about explaining himself much. Hook believes that those who deem him bad will deem him bad in any case, so its pointless to talk. Tho amongst dept of defence he is known as a really eccentric and theatrical character, everyone knows that hes rarely honest about anything, especially his own thoughts. Many who thinks that it is due to him being one of the victims of a massive kidnapping case that at the time went unpunished, because nobody could locate the perpetrator, nor the other victims anymore. But its up for debate.

Hook lost his lover jaw, right eye, leg and a hand in Doom War, almost 50% of his body is robotic, now he uses his combat knowledge in defending borders of toontown and “taking down any threat to the city”.
