“But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” https://www.biblegateway.com/passage?search=Jeremiah%2017%3A7-Jeremiah%2017%3A8&version=NIV
Today, for the first time ever I undertook digging 2 holes wide enough and deep enough for a Rainier and Bing cherry tree
The weather was cold and very windy. The soil is hard but I did it. I followed instruction from the experts and it went well.
Hopefully in a few years it will bear fruit as God tells us in the verse above. It is hard for me at times to believe that he has control. In so many ways we strive to take control of things we can't. I am finding it easier every day to do what I have to but say a prayer. God is continuing my journey in his way. Today I found I can figure most things out on my own with patience and prayer that gave me pride. I am a child of God What my plan is has grown beyond just me but taking into consideration who needs me. Today I pledge to continue my goal to show others the light of a true christian
