To everyone expressing hurt at my previous actions, I completey see where you are coming from. I’ve read your messages. Thank you to those who were willing to be civil and help me learn rather than sending me death threats. However, this is not about me. This is just the first step. All I intended was to use the platform I was given to call attention to a opportunity that I wish was taken. To Taylor, With your large audience, I believed it was your responsibility as someone who has rebranded herself to be politically active to inform your fans. I appreciate your committment to trying to be better. I acknowledge that I made several mistakes in what I said. However, what is left I stand by. It was never my intention to talk over black fans. I am immensely sorry that it appeared that way. I understand that I have white privilege, and i thought I was using it as a way to use it to get other voices heard. I am not defending myself. I simply believed I had a chance to do something of meaning, so I did. I do not regret what I did. I will always fight for what I believe in my heart is right. I hear you, I see you, I’m with you.

I'm just trying to be diplomatic here. Katelyn, you are not using your platform properly & with civility. If you have still an ounce of dignity, then please take down your edited post. If you can't delete it, there's always an option to redo or change the text that you purposely manipulated in the first place. But it seems you have no plan of doing it. Be empathic. Rebekah Harkness, the protagonist of The Next Great American Dynasty.

There's a lot of talk going off about who's Rebekah, and a lot of stupid news people have a lot to say about her. I have no idea why but I've been drawn to her the second I heard the song and so I dug deeper. Apparently, Rebekah was very fond of ballet owned a ballet company and was one of the most talked woman of USA then. She had guests all the time from far and wide, and was neck deep with lawyers accusing her of all kinds of stuff including murders.

I've been listening to The Next Great American Dynasty for hours on repeat now and honestly? Definitely my FAVORITE, and after reading about her I love it even more. I amazed at how people just throw shade at every powerful woman that ever lived. I don't know if they'll ever shut up, but I'm sure that we won't stop being "the loudest woman this town's ever seen". Taylor if you're reading this, you hit me hard at home with this one
