god i hated the way you can just hear the pain, fear, and regret all mixed together in that voice of hers, along with her eyes widening a bit afterwards like, yeah this is it. its the end, she’s gone. she realized too little too late, and there really is no coming back from this. and theyre scared.

as someone who has a fear of death, this honestly unsettled me a bit😭💔
