So you wanna make a scar, huh?

Are you scared about how to make it realistic? Well, stop stressing! Mehron has you covered for all your scarring needs! Look no further than Mehron’s Liquid Collodion Scarring Liquid. Says what it does, and does what it says. If you’re within the contiguous 48, it’s handily available on Amazon for less than $6!

Just layer it on for a deeper effect (although careful because this product works by actually drying out your skin which can cause problems for those of you with sensitive skin or if you wear it for extended periods of time)

I wouldn’t recommend this effect for burn scars like Mello or Nice though, it seems to be better for scars that resemble healed cuts. It could look very nice for characters like Fenris, Remus Lupin, Itachi, or Koujaku. You can use concealer or other pigmented makeup to tint the scar as well as leaving it natural. Fake blood can make this makeup appear to be a fresh wound as is show in the above photo.

Easily removable with Spirit Gum Remover, or you can just peel it off if you’re into that sort of thing.

Hi back!I made the pattern myself on my personalized dress form! Though I must admit: my friend who majored in design told me that it actually doesn’t make much sense where I put the seams, but she also said it’s still ok if it’s for cosplay as long as it looks good on pics  >w<”” So yeah, I think if you really want to make it neat I’d recommend you to go through some pattern catalogues at your local fabric store (they usually have that as well)It’s not that hard, I’m sure you can find something! You can also try mixing the skirt part with a different top part to get the pattern you want.Good luck! >w< ☆

HOW TO MAKE A ROCKING SET OF SIDEBURNS AND HAIRLINE ON A WIG

See this majesty? This is the wonder of my new Nidai Nekomaru wig!! Since I’ve gotten some questions about how I was able to construct his sideburns, and wanted to document my process anyhow, I’ve thrown together a How to list for cosplayers who want to want to cosplay a character who has a difficult and precise hairline! You can use this for nidai, wolverine, any dude with some crazy side burns to make you look so flippin manly 

WARNING: Long post under the cut! I used a lot of picture references to help the guide. 

Materials: 

- 1 wig (Mine is a lacefront wig from Arda. 

- 1 pair good cutting scissors 

- A washable dark marker 

- Felt in a color that matches as close to the wig color as possible 

- pins

- Extra wig hair (from a spare wig, or piece of a wig, or just an extension) 

- e6000 glue

- Qtip
