Hello! As requested (suggested) a looooong time ago, I made breast cancer scars.

I dedicate this to my mum, and all the mums, the sisters, the grandmas, the aunts, the friends, the wives, the fathers, the boyfriends, the women and the men who WON the battle, but also to all the brave warriors who fought, but didn’t survive. 🖤

⚡️ THUNDERBOLTS - VEINS FOR THE SIMS 4 ⚡️

Hello everyone! I hope you had (and having) amazing holidays!

I create these reticular veins - teleangectasie because I have them since I was 10, and I hate them a lot. They are not varicose veins (I’ll do them later), and oftenly they are just an aesthetic issue (it depends, if you have sympthoms like tired legs, swollen ankles you probably suffer with bad circulation) that I hope I’ll get rid off soon. But most doctors said I don’t need to remove them because it’s just an aesthetic whim, and they wouldn’t touch healthy veins for a stupid whim.

SO, I’ll probably have to accept them, and I thought someone else has to do it as well as this is a problem that hit a lot of people, and it’s pretty common in women, expecially after a pregnancy, SO I made it because body representation is important, and gives value to people that think they are weird just because tv shows ang videogames never show the truth.

As you can see the teleangectasie (the little capillares) are not really good, they probably look acceptable only for people who use HQ mod; they should be a little more redish, but in game they looked like Penny Wise red, so I had to remove some saturation.

- There are 15 swatches (5 only teleangectasie, 5 only reticulars, and 5 combos as pictured), both light and darker.

They are painted.

soft dreams redux - a ts4 preset for reshade 3.4.1.351

y’all asked, and i’m (finally) delivering–my soft dreams preset, remade for 3.4.1.351!!!

what’s different in this preset? the main difference is that it uses ADOF, a shader that comes with the qUINT shaders (linked below)(highly recommended). MXAO is also a little different (a lot more smoother and natural) and there is some teeny tiny variation in the coloring.

do not use this preset for gameplay! it’s fairly effects heavy and using it for anything other than screenshots may cause your game to crash! :o(

TOGGLE KEYS:

ambient light - L

bloom - K

ADOF*** - caps lock

matso DOF - shift + 1

GP65CJ042DOF - shift + 2

important information:

1. REQUIRES RESHADE 3.4.1.351 AND qUINT SHADERS! this preset was made with 3.4.1.351 and some of the shaders may not be able to work with earlier releases of reshade!! ***ADOF is a part of the qUINT shaders and you can find them here*** 2. a tutorial on how to install reshade and adding presets – i will not answer any questions on how to install reshade, nor will i troubleshoot any issues you run into! :o( sorry! 3. having problems with dynamic shadows showing through certain DOFs? try peacemaker-ic’s dynamic shadow fix, which you can find here! 4. my preset will work with post processing turned on, but edge smoothing must be turned off for DOF to work! 5. matso DOF and GP65CJ042DOF is controlled by mouse! use it to hover your cursor over the subject you want to focus on; ADOF, however, is not!
