Day three

I feel I'm still getting used to eating like this. With work it makes it a lot harder to keep up. Specially when things are not going well and you feel depressed as fuck.

I just want to be left alone, surrounded by my books and a blanket.

Day two

I think It will take time until I stop feeling so depressed. I don't even feel like leaving the house. Today I was able to keep my eating straight. I do feel hunger, I feel my body getting used to the new way of eating.

Day one

Today I started my journey. I don't want to wait untill next month or January. I got tired of always saying I was going to change this or that starting next month and then the month comes and nothing changes. I need to get my health back. This is the heaviest I have ever been.

I need to feel like myself again.
