It took me a solid thirty seconds to realize that Phragmites was probably the genus name of the plants in the picture and not, like, an ancient Greek warrior waiting in the marshes to attack.
A treasure hunter living day to day. He is well-versed in ancient scripts, deciphers ancient texts, and embarks on expeditions, unearthing ancient artifacts while wearing a protective suit he developed himself. His destiny begins to change dramatically when he unearths the Omegahorn, used by an ancient captain, and encounters Enkaku. He fights, interacts with, and grows alongside various horned beast hunters.
Enkaku:
The ancient horned beast king, sealed away in Egorgear, discovered by Shout. While originally a gigantic horned beast, he usually acts alongside Shout in human form (demi-human). He behaves with dignity befitting the king of the horned beasts, but having slept for a long time within Egorgear, he is unfamiliar with modern civilization.
He sees the "ego" that is the mark of a king in Shout, and guides him to become a true captain, even as they clash at times.
Giriko the Wave-Slasher
A horned beast hunter of the same generation as Shout. She became interested in Shout and his partner, Enkaku, after they unearthed the Omegahorn, and appears wherever Shout and his companions go. She is a shrewd character who sometimes becomes an ally of Shout and his friends, and at other times an enemy. She is skilled at fighting with a greatsword by possessing herself with the power of the "Kakuzyu Zankaku".
Ibaru of Despair
He is a charismatic leader of the Ibaru Alliance, possessing overwhelming power and commanding many hunters. Driven by his intense ego, he dispatches hunters to neighboring countries in an attempt to seize control of the world, expanding his territory. Ibaru himself is a martial artist, engaging in battles using a special horn awakening device and the power of Zetsuenkaku.
Zetsuenkaku
He possesses absolute self-confidence and a powerful presence that belies his appearance. Unlike the other hunters and horned beasts who follow Ibaru, he treats Ibaru as an equal. He usually takes on a human form (demi-human form), just like Enkaku. His relationship with Enkaku remains shrouded in mystery.

Genno the Shattering Calamity
A highly skilled hunter serving Ibaru. He owns a workshop where he creates and repairs Horn Awakening Devices. He has the temperament of a craftsman but is also an excellent hunter. He fights powerfully with a hammer, utilizing the power of the Horned Beast, Saikaku.

I'll say it. Gavan Infinity was a flop for me. Which sucks because I like the characters but I felt like nothing happened and thats probably due to having less episodes but with that same breath why were there so many episodes that didn't advance any kind of plot?
I'm a monster design and toku villain guy and the villains here sucked SO much. Death Gavan could have been cool but they did jack shit with him. The Emons screamed "we are on a tight budget"
The main characters were fantastic and I wish we had more episodes with them. Kunai and Setsuna were my personal favorites.
I kept watching the show but it got to a point during the mid point where I was like "I just do not care, why are we wasting time with filler, where is the plot"
If Omegahorn is the same structure then I might have to declare Project Red as a whole as a flop but we'll see
