My personal AEGIS grind inspired by Polyhex, who taught me a great path on how to get my AEGIS up with only a few side missions. I added a few main missions and the order is probably a little different than Poly’s. It really helped me get to 1.9, and I’m hoping it’ll help you out too. None of these missions are extremely difficult or time consuming.
Start by porting to the well closest to the first mission on our list and jumping up the rubble to pick up our first set of missions.
Upon doing these missions, you’ll realize they follow the same path and each hostile you kill will count toward Cleaning House. So follow the path, pick up stuff for Death and Noodles, and kill the mini-boss that Ravenous spawns. It’s not hard. Avoid its aoes, and you should be able to solo it in 1.2 gear. Death and Noodles will take you to Gozen at the noodle house.
Gozen provides 2 really easy missions to do.
Love and Origami, while a main mission, takes about 3 minutes to do in total if you know the proper teleport points. The first stop in the mission takes you by Inbeda, which is where Hell’s Arsenal is located. Do Hell’s Arsenal on the way of Love and Origami. Finish both in a snap! Once that’s all said and done, teleport your butt back to the first well we started at by Ravenous. This time, don’t go up the rubble. Run straight into the Cybernetic mobs ahead and you’ll up the Cybernetic kill count for Cleaning House and probably finish Cybernetic kill count by the time you get to the 6th mission.
Time to find containers. Teleport or backtrack back to our Ravenous well. If you hop up the rubble, you’ll find the first Waste Not container and rack up the last bit of Psychic Cleaning House kills. Then port to the well above the docks to get our 7th mission and the second Waste Not container.
This is mostly just for Demonic Cleaning House kill count. You don’t have to do it, but it’s easy EXP since you’re killing Demonic hostiles anyway. This could finish Cleaning House. Once you’re done, port to the well at the furthest south of the map, on the island to find the last Waste Not container and finish it. Keep on trucking until you reach the 8th mission.
This mission can be completed right next to where you pick it up. Easy-peasy.
The next two missions are optional. If you’ve finished issue 10, Jake’s mission should be repeatable so get your butt back to the Ravenous starting well and run up to the bunny man for his task.
Much like Love and Origami, once you learn the teleport points…this mission doesn’t take you long at all. You can pick up the final mission in this trail, number 10, during or after doing this. Up to you!
Take the rifle and stand in the playground while sniping filthy birds…or adventure around and snipe them. Your choice.
This entire trail takes me 20-40 minutes to finish, depending on how on point I feel at the time. It might take a little longer on some of the fighting missions if you’re below 1.5, but they’re all really easy to do and give you some nice green containers that have AEGIS EXP and caps. If you’re a member, these missions can be repeated every 7 hours.
