Hey I’d just like to put out there this book I read recently and it actually changed my life and it’s one of the best books I’ve ever read it’s Body positive power by Megan Jayne Crabbe (not sponsored lmao) she also has a bopo insta which makes me feel a lot better about my body and diet culture @ bodyposipanda ❤️❤️❤️
The official site, check it out!
Some details about the book and what it containsI’ve actually never heard of the book personally but it sounds like a really good read!! It can be ordered online from Amazon too from what I’m aware and seems like it contains some incredibly helpful and inspiring messages. (Just from reading about the contents in the link above I’m pretty much sold, take a look!)The book has (and im quoting directly from the website here) “trigger warnings placed throughout to protect anyone currently in recovery.“That’s something I really barely ever see in books so I’m so happy that exists! But still keep in mind that some of the content in this book could potentially be a trigger, for anyone who thinks they might be sensitive to that despite the warnings. From what I’ve read on the site (I really want to read the full thing soon) I really can’t fault it, so please check it out!!

ok I’m still surprised I haven’t heard of this person before so thank you so much for sending this ask but 1. They are so…beautiful I am this image rn2. Their posts are so wonderful and positive while still staying realistic and not sugarcoating anything which I absolutely love3. All their posts about diet culture are so hard-hitting and I love them like….call them OUT4. Please PLEASE if you don’t look at the book just check out this insta page I promise you won’t regret it
thank you so much again for sending this ask, I’m happy to learn that this is a thing that exists and I’m glad that it’s helped!! Please give this wonderful person’s account and work a look, everyone! 🖤
Omg her Instagram and all the people she celebrates on it! Beautiful! Just as a warning to anyone checking out her Instagram, the posts are super positive but some of the comments are not. As is with most body positive places people come in just to spew hatred. So if you’re sensitive to that kind of negativity maybe don’t read the comments just the posts
