Feeling numb is valid.
Feeling sad is valid.
Feeling anxious is valid.
Feeling relieved is valid.
Accepting it is valid.
Your allowed to feel whatever you want, just remember to take care of yourself first. Wash your face. Eat yummy food. Nap. Take a bath. Talk to friends. Play games. Go outside. Read. Make music. Whatever. Do that whatever you need.
Taking time for self care isn't selfish or a waste of time. Making time for yourself is extremely important.
