There isn’t enough robits in the world to satisfy me
Then build more!

That guy gets home and his partner is like "Where did you get the pig?" "What pig?" "That pig" "huh. Where DID I get that pig?"
RAINBOW KITTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
having now finished my seventh pratchett novel, i will say confidently: discworld fans, you are so right. how are all of these such bangers?? tbh i'm a little distraught I didn't start reading these earlier in life but that means I have so many good books ahead of me so. mostly i'm excited.
(this is also a formal apology to every person who said not to start with the colour of magic ... i should've listened...)
Better to start late than not at all. The good times will still be there.
somewhere out there right now is a kid with curly hair being raised by people who have wavy hair at best and those people are giving them 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner and telling them to dry brush it. and that kid is gonna spend all of middle school and high school hating their hair and moping over the flat iron. they're being told right now that if they don't dry-brush their curl pattern into oblivion every morning it means they're unkempt and gross even though they naturally have the kind of ringlets that a thousand bridezillas would commit horrible murders for every june. it's happening right now it's an absolute epidemic and a tragedy every time
I am SO lucky that my I have my sister. Both me and her have curlier hair than either of our parents, so we didn't have as much experience with curly hair. For my entire childhood I kept it close cropped and almost a crew cut, just so I wouldn't have to deal with it. Now that I am growing it out, I have my sister there to explain how to help my hair not frizz out into an afro. She is awesome
What is up with Gruyere? It's like someone took a perfectly lovely round of Brie, and said "you know what? Lets let this rot for a bit, and THEN eat it." It tastes like betrayal, and bitter regret.
Damn. That's commitment to the bit. Also, true.
maybe I'll get killed soon cause I earned it
Bullshit! You ain't earned shit.
Why isn't "too scary" a good enough reason to never drive a car
It isn't that it's "too scary." I can handle scary. Its that I loathe it with every fiber of my being. I want to be able to walk from my house to my job to the grocery store instead of driving for half an hour in this suburban hellscape.
Chickens are so shape
I have seen chickens in all of these shapes. They are amazing!
Another pride doodle
I love how fluffy and round your chickens are! They look adorable! (plus, you know, pride, and all that. BUT CHICKENS!)

Are you quite alright? I mean, I love robots as much as the next humanoid, but that is a bit excessive.
Perfectly fine
*Looks at you askance* If you say so
I feel like Vimes is an accidental witch
While he's not "magical" he uses quite a lot of the non magical tactics that make up the majority of Discworld witchcraft
Vimes' natural state is "knurd" a state of extreme sobriety that sounds rather like how Tiffany describes "opening her eyes again" the extreme awareness that she imagines would be exhausting to stay in.
He avoids releasing"the beast" the furious vindictive part of him the same way witches will avoid cackling/going to the dark. Refusing to abuse their power even for a good reason because that's how it starts.
They both have a special symbol of their station that only hold power because they believe it does Sam's badge and a witches hat
Both witches and Vimes do NOT want wizards involved in their business
They both use headology/psychology constantly
At the beginning of his book he's head of a group of three until they begin to train up more just like the witches
Both can disappear into darkness
Feel free to add more
He does Good, but he doesn't do Nice.

Dodge City
A man was traveling on the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe railroad in the 1870s when the conductor asked him where he was going. The man despondently said "To hell, most likely" to which the conductor responded "That's two dollars, and get off at Dodge City." (Clavin, 113)
