My brother in law asked to make a big decision tonight. He asked me to move in and work under him at his T-shirt business. That means quitting my other job as a server and moving out of my parents house for the first time. I have till Sunday to give him an answer. I don't know what to do.

There’s something about your first heartbreak; you love them with no limits and boundaries because lets admit it, you don’t really know any better, do you? Before that moment, you have yet to become a victim of the pain of entrusting someone with the most vulnerable aspects of your life and having them crush you in the palm of their hands. You just love and you keep on loving because that’s all that you have ever known to do and that’s all that you are. And that’s what love entails; there’s this giant leap of faith that is taken and the more that you risk, the more you have to lose. And goodness, there is so much to lose. You lose a part of yourself along the way that you never truly get back, but here’s the silver lining: it really does get better with time and in the end when it is all said and done, you gain yourself.
