šŗš¦ Ukraine is a peaceful nation. When I was a teenager, I spent two summers staying with family friends in Cherkasy, and joining them for their vacation by the river, along with their group of friends and neighbors. It was idyllic, welcoming and I wish Iād stayed in touch with more of them. Memories of eating together, sitting by the fire, going to work with them, road trips and swimming in the river have brought me peace and joy since. There is nothing nazi-like about the people of Ukraine. At this time, there have apparently been 137 deaths; some of those civilians - a breach of the Geneva Convention and a sign of pure hostility and evil by the Russian government. I hope we get to see Ukraine like this again some day, and that there can be peace as soon as possible. If you can, donate to United Help Ukraine or UNICEF. What the world needs now is love and kindness š¢ https://instagr.am/p/CaYT0ewP_RDk97ltVLZ_UWl3rxOMVYxfpWKXTs0/
