Take time to go a different route, hit the gravel roads to get lost in the splendid riches of colours, scents and sounds that the Earth has. Dig your fingers into the lush, wild grass and bury your bare feet into the crisp, cool soil, and feel that connection you didn't realize you'd lost. Let the calmness of Mother Earth bring you peace and tranquility, and ask to feel Her presence wherever you travel, for by being connected to nature, you can truly acquire the calmness.
