Five cups.. like large cups? Good god. All at once or spread out? Either way... be careful, I suppose. Though I can’t give much flack over it. I’ve been known to do similar. Winging it since forever seems like a good description. I’ve got a friend that insists that working out is better than coffee... But I just cannot make myself get up and work out instead. That sounds like torture on a tired body.

A cups a pretty standard measure, yeah? Just... you know, a cup. Ha. Ok.. yeah I do see the difference there. Deep sleeper and quick naps certainly don’t mix, I suppose. Have to make bedtime a priority then. Or just continue as you are, winging it. Fingers crossed.

Too much coffee probably depends on the person. But I feel like anything more than a few cups is probably entering a ‘no’ zone. Definitely recommend trying to get in naps between scenes if ever possible. I’m a big napper though, sneak one in where I can get it. Sleep is very important for the mind
