I know that Dan said an important video would be coming in June and all but please, just a reminder, try not to get all too hyped about it and say it’s something for sure when we don’t know. Yes it’s fun to be excited about a video but if it’s not what you thought it was please don’t get mad at Dan. That only causes drama as seen in the past. (ex. last year when Dan said he was posting an important video, his rebrand, but choose to wait and posted an ISG and people got mad at him.)

I’ve seen people say it could be a coming out video, and while I personally doubt that, who knows. Maybe it is, but if it isn’t and you hoped it was don’t get mad. Dan’s sexuality isn’t really our business even though him (Phil too) opening up on that topic would be nice. And if they ever choose too they will when they feel ready to remember that. 

No matter what just know Dan probably put a lot of hard work into this video, whatever it may be, and that being mad or upset isn’t going to help anything in the long run.

This is just my opinion about why i think dan said " for no reason " in his tweet. I think he knows if he didn't include the no reason part people would be worked trying to figure out why and probably come up with wild theories. I mean people did start #weloveyoudan just cause he tweeted some vague sad-ish tweet. imo the reason he tweeted this tweet in the first place is bc for over a month they've been active on social media evey day so he wanted to give a heads up about not being active.
