Hogwarts Houses common rooms in Halloween season
In the past year and a half I haven't settled on a 1 living arrangement for 6 months. HA.
I tried edibles last night for the first time
I love this kitchen.
Socks and sandals
"Did you wear socks with sandals?" "Yeah, I wasn't wearing shoes to your fucking house. Okay?"
After days of coming home long enough to sleep and leave the house again, I finally got a shower last night and it was amazing.
Beach day with old friends and new friends.
How do you handle?
As people, we are allowed to separate ourselves from some people that we don't want in our lives. One of my best friends tried to make me feel bad for not befriending someone because they give me a toxic vibe. Then they almost felt personally attacked and started in on how they really disliked someone I was close friends with. (Not that it matters to me because that's all a personal opinion in my eyes). But don't try to make grown adults like each other. Let whatever be just be. I can't help the way that another person makes me feel. I can't change that. I won't change that. Never change to suit someone else's needs. Respect is the key. You don't always have to agree with someone but you should respect their feelings.
Stop fighting.
With the amount of chaos that's actually being reported daily, that's going on in the world today, It's hard to think about anything else. So much hate hurts my heart.
I know people who are struggling with mental illness, including myself. I have friends who struggle with bipolar, anxiety, depression, PTSD. Everyone is fighting a different battle, people handle situations differently. But what is the most important thing to remember is that we are not alone. I see some people who are always trying to "one up" their mental illness with someone else, to make their situation seem to sound more significant. GIVE IT UP.
I don't want to talk about me, I don't want to hear you talk about you. I just want to talk about stuff.
Current mood.
It's hard when you're not "allowed" to be depressed.
