sadiq is in lov w lud’s brightness and his lil spark of competitiveness and they like to go off and play football and sadiq will gush to lud abt how smart and athletic and confident he is and how sexy that is and lud is in general and boy is it embarrassing but it’s also helped bc hey if sadiq, as cool as he is, is complimenting him there must be smth worth complimenting B)
sadiq get a lil melancholy sometimes abt the Past and lud has gotten in the habit of making sure business is settled for the hour for him and then sending him a Nice Text and this tends to restore sadiq’s belief in humanity
in the flip flop situation sadiq is good abt setting everything down and just hugging lud or holding his hand and re-affirming him verbally and effectively out of the Bad Mood
