hiii here’s my mcd zine piece!

There is something about Phoenix Drop that Katelyn can’t seem to shake.

She twists and turns in bed, huffing out annoyances when she can’t seem to settle into the right spot. The bed’s big—she should have enough room—but she feels cramped; tight. Pulled taut. She’s never liked the feel of certain fabrics, especially the one’s Cadenza used. One day, Katelyn found one she was comfortable in, and that whole fiasco was over. But the comfort of casual clothes never felt right on her. And that’s why she always preferred her armor. She thinks. She’s never had a good hold on her emotions (she thinks).

The window is wide open but she still feels too hot. Aphmau always said she liked to keep it open. Spilling out her fears of something happening to the village in the night, and her not being there for them. She keeps it open, in case she needs to hear the screams —but that’s always a last-resort case, she claims. So she keeps it open. You never know what could happen.

(Katelyn started holding her tighter at night after that conversation.)

Hello everyone! Quick update.

Both current zines have been added to the same Dropbox folder, so it’s easier and quicker for most to access. ‘Aphverse’ was a large file that most people couldn’t view from phones, so hopefully they can now! Link to that here.
