Because of the surnames lol. Or are they... Spaniard?...Oh and in some chapters Seb's skin color confuses me a bit is he black or just a white guy with curls? Yeah, Sai is East Asian, Cupid is Latina, Astrid is Spanish, and Seb is biracial.
