i understand the appeal of ryuj!n because when i started playing ghost of tsushima i was like oh wow childhood friends to lovers to enemies trope, UNTIL.... we meet taka, yes their interactions are brief BUT in the moment that taka makes jin a hook that scene rewired something in my brain and i thought to myself "oh wow... taka made jin something" and it was in the way they both interacted in that very scene that I thought was so shy from both sides yet so cute and subtle, plus that something that taka created is a tool that you literally use in SO many places in the game so you cant help but think back to taka, not only that but the ARMOR??? the fact that jin's body is covered and protected by something made by taka's hands...... for him and him only.... is that not romantic? does that not want to make you lose your mind a bit???
