While rummaging through my sketchbooks, I found a Fenrir x Thor drawing from 2023. I used to love drawing mythological things while listening to art history lectures.

I don't know when I drew this, but it could have turned out nicely if I had continued. The character is entirely my own, but the two poses on the left were drawn using Pinterest as a reference.
I think it will never end
(It's entirely my own design.)

I'm trying to make Cardan Greenbriar fan art; it's my first time trying fan art. To be honest, I'm not very happy with the drawing yet, but I hope it will improve.
Note: I only used a reference for the clothing; the drawing of the hand holding the glass was drawn using my friend's hand as a reference.

This is from one of my old drawings, probably from the summer of 2024.
Inspired from Granada's The Naval Treaty hehe
At the beginning of the year, I was drawing my son, who is my cat Hamlet, and myself in a cartoon style, but I never finished it, and while going through my sketches, I came across the unfinished versions😭😭💞
Good morning everyone, I'd like to ask some fellow artists for advice: I'm an artist who graduated from the art department of a fine arts high school, and I'm studying art history at university. I still love drawing and I draw in my free time, but I've never had a style that I could call my own. I think this is because of my fine arts education; unfortunately, those schools force everyone into a mold (at least in my country), and thus, originality doesn't develop in most students. You understand the logic of drawing, you can draw what you see flawlessly, your line skills improve, you learn everything about colors and art. But originality and style... Only students who draw on their own outside of school can achieve that. Unfortunately, I was a nerdy student in school, so I couldn't draw on my own initiative except for adding extra drawings on top of school drawings. How can I develop a style? How did you find your own style?

While listening to the lesson in school, I sketched a picture of a jester that I found on Pinterest, and this is the result.
A Sherlock Holmes drawing accompanied by beer evokes a safe place vibe.
