what is non-dualism ? non-dualism is the idea that there is no separation between you or anything else you perceive.
as we know, your mind creates your perception of the world, and your perception of the world is the only thing that essentially exists.
so non-dualism highlights to us that there is no fixed experience or self as it all lies in your own mind.
how does this work? think of yourself as an observer. before you ever knew or heard about your favourite song, it did not exist in your reality. and any proof of it existing before your observation can only be seen through your current observation. before it was observed, it was not present with you, it did not exist.
because you can observe anything, you are not separated from those things. there is nothing which you can perceive that is something singular. there are no two things. there is only I am.
It can appear as many, but it is only really one. it only ever comes from you. everything is oneness. this is why nothing is outside of you, it is impossible for something to ever be outside of you.
you are life itself.
this is why you can experience anything, be anyone, have anything. because there was never a distance between you and those things. you just decided to change the way they show up.
