Hi everyone! My name is Bunny, or Bun for short! This is my little blog where I'll post and reblog things that make my little heart happy ♡ This is a SFW blog that focuses on healing and growing.

Some fun facts about me:

Age: My big age is 26, and my small age is from ages 4 to 7! Depends on the day and the depth of the regression

Favorite colors: Pinks and greens for little space! Maybe spinkle some blue and yellow but mostly pink and greens

Shows that make me feel little: Moomin, Peter Rabbit, Cardcaptor Sakura, My Little Pony, and more! I'll add more shows when they come to mind 😁

Caregiver: I have one! His name is Sunshine ( @heronlysunshine ) and he's actually my fiancée! This is not his first time caring for someone who regresses and has been super sweet since I came out as one to him. He's been encouraging me into therapy, working through emotions, and takes care of me, especially when I'm low spoons

Some little activies I love: Coloring, being read to, looking or hugging stuffies, playgrounds, snuggling, new adventures, and sometimes arcades!

When I first developed this "smaller" version of me, I was really depressed and having paranoia, and NOT taking care of myself. "Little me" started happening, and it made me force myself to take care of myself. I needed to make sure SHE brushed her teeth, so I would brush my teeth. SHE needed a bedtime, so I would go to bed earlier and force myself to sleep. After a while, I took really good care of myself, because of her. The depression started fading, I started getting less scary thoughts, and I ate real meals and did actual self care.

In the last few years, she's come out and about when its been fun or playful, or if my emotions get too sad. She's still continuing to help enjoy life more and work my way through emotions.

Recently, in the last month or so, I've been really struggling with confidence levels, self-esteem, worried about people (like my friends!!) liking me, and not feeling good enough to do anything. I want to explore more, try a new job, make new friends, but my anxiety has been overwhelming me.

In therapy also, we've been talking about how I struggled with bullying growing up, struggled making friends, being lonely, and overall just...struggling. I don't think I allowed myself as a child to feel lonely or have those negative emotions, and I jumped into books instead to fill that.

I JUST had a realization that as Little Me has helped Big Me in the past - this may be my time to have Big Me help Little Me work through those emotions rooted deep down, and learn how to find that confidence deep down again. Not just Little Me, but Elementary Me, Middle School Me, High School Me, etc.

As I've been healing and going to therapy and using Little Me to work through Big Me's feelings, I need to do the same for her. We need to work together to overcome that deep feeling of loneliness, of not feeling worthy, or useful, and learn how to find peace within ourselves. I DO have friends who like me, I AM smart, I AM helpful, and I AM loved. I just need to truly let myself feel it and know it.

I don't know what that'll look like, but I want to try.

For her, and for me.
