It's also one of the few shows that made me cry. That stupid song in Pikachu's Goodbye ;.;) Hetalia (I know, that other post I made contradicts this... I guess I really don't watch as much anime as I thought. I'm drawing a blank. Lol) -Animated Movies (I'm gonna do a top 10 for this instead, that's mostly what I watch)- Princess Mononoke (favorite movie of all time) Spirited Away Toy Story 2 Porco Rosso Kiki's Delivery Service Toy Story The Lion King Pinocchio Mulan Anastasia Confession: I wasn't big on Toy Story 3. I LOVED the ending and thought it was perfect, but most of the stuff leading up to it was... eh, I don't know. I also used to LOVE Finding Nemo, but my nephew kinda ruined it by overplaying it. I did this with Beauty and the Beast to my family when I was a kid. I'm so, so sorry. -Live Action Films- Stand By Me Back to the Future Part 1 (the other 2 were fun, but not as good) The Sixth Sense Shawshank Redemption Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (I enjoy most of the HP films, but I think the first one was really well done. The later films are cut down too much. I almost think it would have been better adapted into a series) Wow, my favorite movies are almost entirely male-dominated. O.O Weird. I very rarely watch live action films, in my defense. -Books- The Book Thief Harry Potter Series (I enjoy the series as a whole. My favorite is HBP with PoF as a close second) The Hunger Games (I'm on the last book now and due to stress haven't been able to get into it. The first one was amazing imo though) Picture Bride (I liked most of the books I had to read in school. This one stood out to me and still comes to mind even though I read it like years ago. I think that says something. It's historical fiction about a Japanese woman living in the U.S. in the 1920s on through WW11) The Things They Carried (had to read in college; it's a memoir about a man drafted into the Vietnam War. I really like all the memoirs I've had to read. I thought they'd be boring, but no, they're actually really interesting. Especially if they're about war or prison) I really need to read more. Idk why I don't. I read a SHIT TON of fanfiction; it takes up so much of my time. Lol. I also for some reason have trouble getting into new things and I guess that's why I read way too much ff and why I was so addicted to The Baby-Sitters Club growing up. Seriously, the BSC took up a third of my childhood. Pokémon was the second third, and Disney was the other third. Okay, I'm done XD. I feel like my tastes kind of suck OR are super duper popular and I have to broaden my horizons. Also literally no one is going to read this. This is mostly for me. I've been feeling really negative lately and I wanted to just post about my favorite things. Oh, and just to add to the things that literally no one cares about, my favorite food is chocolate, my favorite color is black, my favorite season is fall, my favorite animal is the red fox, and my favorite drink is coffee.

I have all six seasons of the Hetalia anime, and after not watching them for maybe half a year (I occasionally decide to rewatch them while drawing or playing games, it's a stress reliever, comfort thing)... Wtf. I've watched seasons 1-3 and honestly... am not really enjoying it that much. I like some episodes here and there (most interactions between Germany and Italy, the Christmas episodes, anything with America and Japan, probably a few things I'm forgetting. And the funnier stuff), I like almost all the characters (not a fan of Sealand), and something will occasionally make me chuckle, but overall... meh. I used to LOVE the anime, and am sort of embarrassed to admit it (I have always thought the manga was better, which is almost always the case), but tbh if I had never seen Hetalia and decided to give it a try, I probably wouldn't be able to get into it. I almost feel like Stan in that weirdly sad South Park episode where he starts seeing everything as shit. On a positive note, I appreciate China's character more; he used to be kinda meh to me if I'm being honest. Anyone else? Am I alone? I still like the series as a whole, and still read fic for it, but yeah, if I tried to get into it now, I would probably be unable to. I think it's all nostalgia at this point. And I think it's better when you view it with friends. That's how I started.

The final piece of the series! I feel like Poison and Dark fit well for Slytherin. Surprisingly, there aren't any Dark-type snake Pokémon (WHY isn't Seviper part Dark-type? Oh, btw, it's the shiny). I also couldn't really find many silver Pokémon that fit, and after finalizing the sketch, I realized Mega Steelix would work well. Oy. So there are more purple Pokémon than green. That's... awkward. I picked Zygarde because it's an ambitious green snake (serpent?). I was actually debating on Darkrai or Yveltal instead. I just needed more green Pokémon tbh. I'm actually happy with how this one turned out though. So... Enjoy!

Yay! My House! I did this one in only a couple of days, which is abnormal for my process. Same with Gryffindor for some reason. It was oddly difficult to find yellow Pokémon that fit the house for some reason. I'm probably missing some obvious ones, but yeah. I went with Meganium's shiny, because the yellow-green fits better. Okay, I know Typhlosion is a badger. I wanted to add it, I really did, but... It didn't fit for me. It feels so Gryffindor. I feel like Linoone fits much better. I know Shaymin isn't a badger, but it just fits imo. I'm very proud of that Sylveon, but the actual crest looks off to me. Idk... I'm hoping it's just the way the banner is. Anyway, enjoy!

Second in the series. This was also the most challenging one for me... idk why, it just took me like a week and a half to finish this, maybe more. I kept having to take breaks. Weird. Since Ravenclaw represents air, I went with a lot of flying Pokémon... just not necessarily all Flying types. Flygon is the shiny here (I forgot to mention, Pyroar is the shiny in Gryffindor). I also added a couple Psychic types that I feel represent intelligence well (particularly Alakazam). Also noted that I added Mega Pidgeot... This is the only house with a Mega Evolution. It's just that Mega Pidgeot fits so much better. Articuno is Ravenclaw's legendary, because honestly, I feel like most Ravenclaws would opt for Team Mystic. Okay, that's not the whole reason. It just fits the aesthetic. So yeah. This one was the most frustrating, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

Just a fun project I decided to do after FINALLY reading Harry Potter. Here's Gryffindor. I feel like most of these are self-explanatory; Fire, Fighting, and Steel all seem like very Gryffindor types to me, and then there are the lion Pokémon. Enjoy!
