So I sautéed a red onion, threw in a mound of minced garlic that would make a grown man blush, sliced mushrooms and then some sliced sun-dried tomato and basil chicken sausage. Last, but not least, I threw in a whole bag of Tuscan kale and cooked that down until it was tender. I got everything but the onion and the oil I cooked it in from Trader Joe's.
