Hey guys! my name is Apsara. This blog is supposed to be about fitness, but really there's all sorts of things here. That being said, I don't workout all the time and my goal isn't necessarily weight loss. I mean weightloss would be great, but I am really trying to focus on loving my body the way it is (improving my confidence) and being healthy. {I know it sounds strange but my blog title is based on the saying "oh well life in the Caribbean without a yacht!" So there you go, my blog is about my life which is so influenced by where I live- the Caribbean! (more specifically. Trinidad and Tobago! woohooo)}
