Maybe there was something Whumpee always cared about, a comfort object or person, and now when Whumper tries to tempt them with it Whumpee just shakes their head. Especially good with a Whumper or Carewhumper who thought that what they were doing was best for Whumpee, but now they very clearly pushed them too far.

The commander always hesitates a bit before going to surf because the waves remind him a bit of fleeing from aquabania, but he has to remind himself that it's okay and you just have to dive in sometimes

Jimmy uploads his brain to the computer every week so that if something happens to his body, his mind can be salvaged and uploaded into a temporary body until they fix his other one

Ricky loves April fools day and gets into a big prank war with the commander

The bats definitely go to the professors house for holidays like Easter and Christmas and Thanksgiving

Speaking of Christmas, the bats probably have like a stinky candle that they keep regifting to one another. It never gets burned or used but it does get regifted on birthdays and Christmases

(putting my cadet and self ship in here too because fuck you I do what I want {as you can see I've stopped caring about people's opinions}) Ali has definitely just dropped by the battletram with homemade goodies and soups for the bats, more specifically bones but she feels bad leaving the others out so she makes extra

speaking of OwlBones (the ship name I'm so happy rn) there's this little plastic cockroach named beep boop that has been getting hidden over the course of the relationship by one another and it shows up in random places

Bones has chronic pain from his hollow bones that acts up when it's humid and cold out

Bones definitely has absolutely no appetite (whether for eating or drinking) when he's sick. Which is a bad thing because skinny guy + not eating = not a very good thing

Ricky definitely uses (when they go to a Laundromat instead of a dry cleaners) laundry disinfectant because "ew you don't know how many germs are in this machine)

The commander has a bad back/sometimes back problems idk why it's just in my brain I'm so sorry

i feel like food poisoning is underappreciated in the whump community

maybe I just like your whump, but sometimes tour is a breeding ground for food poisoning and it's miserable. Or you can get it from something like grocery store fish (my parents did and that's why we don't get fish from Weis anymore) literally anything and it's miserable.
