So you stumbled into Arcane, because it was on netflix or because you saw all the pretty gifsets and now you want more.
Bad news, there is only 3 more episodes, dropping one week from now. There likely will be a second season but:
animated series of this quality take a long time to make
it’s not completely sure if there is a second season, that it will be about the same set of characters and be in the same setting (a lot of fans of the games hope that they will explore the other locations and continents of the game in other series
However, if you want more, these are the things that exist:
There is a selection of animated shot clips, sometimes music videos showcasing the characters, sometimes quite lavishly produces:

Some standouts that are related to Arcane are:
Ekko
Get Jinxed
Awaken (feat Vi and Cait)
True Genius (feat Jinx, Heimderdinger, Ekko)
There are the bio pages of the characters that used to be the main source of lore in the past.
Caitlyn - The Sheriff of Piltover: She recently partnered with a new recruit from Zaun, the brash and reckless Vi. How such an unlikely pairing came about—and been proven so effective—is the subject of wild rumor and tavern speculation among their fellow Wardens, as well as those they haul away to jail.
Vi - The Piltover Enforcer: No one yet knows the exact reason why or how Vi came to be working alongside Caitlyn—but given the anarchic nature of the crime wave now sweeping Piltover, speculation runs rife that it might involve a certain blue-haired hellion from Zaun…
Jinx - The Loose Cannon: Jinx’s bombastic spree seemed endless, with the wardens’ attempts to catch the culprit thwarted at every turn. She began tagging her works of destruction with vivid graffiti, and other taunting messages directed at the city sheriff’s newest ally in the fight against crime, Enforcer Vi.
Ekko - The Boy Who Shattered Time: Ekko’s time-bending antics have made him a person of interest to some of Zaun and Piltover’s most inventive, most powerful, and most dangerous individuals. But his only interest is in his friends, his family, and his city. He dreams of the day when his hometown rises up to dwarf the so-called City of Progress, when Piltover’s golden veneer will be overshadowed by the towering ingenuity and relentless spunk of a Zaun born not from generations of privilege, but from sheer daring.
Jayce - The Defender of Tomorrow: Viktor expanded Jayce’s intellectual horizons and challenged many of his assumptions. While Jayce sought to improve humanity via versatile technology, Viktor sought to solve problems inherent to humanity itself, such as physical decay or illogical prejudices.
Viktor - The Machine Herald: Alone in the depths, Viktor sank into a deep depression, enduring a traumatic period of introspection for many weeks. He wrestled with the ethical dilemma he now faced, finding that, once again, human emotion and weakness had stood in his way. He had been trying to help, to enhance people beyond their natural capabilities to avoid error and save lives.
Singed - The Mad Chemist: He has already mastered the destruction of flesh, and thus now has turned to the preservation and transformation of it… and perhaps even the possibility that life need not end with an inescapable death.
Warwick - The Unaged Wrath of Zaunt: Warwick struggled to recall a single memory from his past... All he could see was blood. But then he heard a little girl screaming. Screaming something he couldn’t understand. It sounded like a name.
Heimerdinger - The Revered Inventor: A brilliant yet eccentric yordle scientist, Professor Cecil B. Heimerdinger is lauded as one of the most innovative minds and esteemed inventors Piltover has ever seen. Relentless in his work to the point of neurotic obsession, he is fascinated by mysteries that have confounded his contemporaries for decades, and thrives on answering the universe’s most impenetrable questions.
There are also a variety of short stories that illustrate the stories and personalities of the characters. You can find them attached to the bio pages.
Another source are the little voice clips that play when the characters come across each other in any of the games. You can find them here separated by character or here for the card game.
There is a variety of the lore channels that even before Arcane were dedicated to trying to sum up the lore for people who play the games
The Politics of League of Legends (Piltover&Zaun, Shurima)
What’s The Deal With “C”
The Love Couples of League of Legends
Thrill Of The Chase
The Howler
What’s the Deal With Jinx

Why the shipping between Cait and Vi
There is a card game set in the same universe called Legends of Runeterra that freshly introduced has mode where you play against the AI. (note that in this Jinx can only get a happy reunion with Vi if she does not mistread Caitlyn)
There are comic books, however, they are genearlly not set in Piltover and Zaun
Ashe: Warmother (Journey of a Viking inspired archer and tribe leader)
Zed (Ninja/Asian inspired investigation)
Lux (medieval inspired setting, girl with magical powers in a society that hates and suppresses margic, torn between her family and a pro-mage rebellion)
More comics, including oneshots, including one of Jinx
IMO , if Arcane is very successful, I think this is the highest chance (other than the short stories) where new material might come from in the near future.
