Looks similar to an iron age settlement. Its made from organic materials that can be reduced to compost. No stone is used in these buildings. It signifies the Germanic, Scandinavian, Celtic, Slavic and Baltic differences in agricultural technologies compared to Italic and Hellenic agriculture. Italic and Hellenic peoples used plows compared to modern agriculture, while the other European peoples built with non-stone materials. Temporary materials.

A common misconception is that this architecture and agriculture was inferior to the plow. Wrong. Plows are destructive to the fertility of the land. It increased the risk of crop failure. The other style of agriculture, called permaculture, is much more efficient at preserving fertility of the land.

Why then not build with stone? Because rotten wood from architecture can be recycled as compost for agricultural purposes, as is commonly practiced in permaculture.

These settlements disappeared from Europe with the advent of Christianity. Because Christianity was in favour of eastern agricultural techniques. The Bible features an overflowing amount of allegories from eastern agricultural techniques.

Whats wrong with this picture is lack of forest. Even tatch built medieval settlements always had a companion forest. This was used to grow appropriate wood for construction. No deforestation was needed. Its the same for this type of settlement.

Where does archeofuturism set in? In the need for more ecologically sustainable agriculture and construction. Permaculture is already spreading, these settlements will see archeofuturisation through combination with futuristic technologies.

Origin: classicism

Classicism has these “classical orders” of columns and architecture. Its based on ancient Hellas. Its not accurate in my view. Ancient Hellas had four ethnic groups with corresponding regions. Doria, Corinthia, Attica and Ionia. The classical orders of classical architecture in modern perception dont reflect this.

That makes no sense. The architecture of the Greeks reflected their ethnic regions. Therefore, there must be a doric, corinth, ionic and attic order. Why is there a Tuscan order? Toscana is in Italy. It must therefore be considered as Italic classical architecture, not Hellenic.

I consider the critique classical architecture by futurist Marinetti correct. British, Belgian, German, Italian, Ancient Roman, Brazilian, American, etc have built classical Greek architecture? Why? The Vatican even has an Egyptian collumn in Vatican city? Again, why? Ran out of creativity?

Where archeofuturism departs from Futurism is that only temporary architecture with synthetic materials should be built.

Archeofuturism will see classical architectural orders be build based on ethnic cultures of different peoples. Which will be build according to their own tastes and likes, no classification of ethnicity will happen. Academic classification of ethnicity is not so good for creativity.

Why didnt the Irish build any celtic orders? Wheres the Germanic order? The traditionalists keep building the same old stuff from 5000 years ago. Archeofuturism builds new without destroying the old.

It was built as a German equivalent of the Italian David. Unfortunately it was bombed by the Allied Forces in WWII. Nothing is left of it.

Does it matter?

It only matters of we dont rebuild. We have hands, we can learn how to make statues. We can and will rebuild. Greater, more beautiful and more glorious. The lament of the American will be our optimism.

Modern agriculture causes desertification. Its destructive and unsustainable. The future will see a revolutionary increase in reforestation methods. This aerial bombardment type of reforestation is the way to go. Since desertification is caused on industrial scale, these methods are required to regenerate the land on industrial scale.

Unfinished Polish castle. Was to be built in nature reserve protected by the European Union. The EU has stopped the production of the castle. Unfortunate course of events.

It was supposed to be a residence or a hotel if I am correct. I believe this is indeed the future of apartments. New York style towers are not the future of living spaces. If people want to live together into a single building, it ought to be built like castles. Thats the future.

Current powers in the EU are reactionary modernist. Nostalgisists for 20th century. They would never tolerate archeofuturism.
