Long ago, in the dark side, Remus and Virgil came up with a system. If Virgil’s anxiety is too high, and he can’t handle Remus being a menace near him, but he doesn’t want to just kick Remus away or tell him to shut up(which wouldn’t really work, anyway), he’ll ask ‘What are your demands?’ Like he’s a robber.

And then Remus gets to pick from a (long, but carefully selected) list of things for Virgil to do with him or give him to do himself.

The first time after Remus is in the light side, terrorizing Thomas, and Virgil suddenly shifts from freaking out to a heavy sigh, everyone stares at him in confusion and concern.

“What are your demands, Remus?” Virgil asks.

Remus lights up even more than when he successfully got Thomas to step in the dog poo. “Oh~! I want someone to fight me! I’ll even be nice and keep the blood and gore to PG-13 levels~”

“Gladly,” Roman says, drawing his sword.

Patton and Logan, though, are very confused at Virgil somehow successfully negotiating the terrorist situation they’d just been in.
